Neat illusion. One might say, Magical even? Reply Tours Departing Daily August 9, 2011 These are some great angles and views of Disneyland. It’s so incredible to see Walt standing there overseeing the process! Reply Steve Broome August 10, 2011 Good stuff, loved the way everybody dressed back then too. Reply Vince August 10, 2011 Great pics, the guy in the teapot cracked me up Reply Erica January 26, 2012 Found this through Pinterest. Thanks for sharing. I have to ask.. is that a pic of the Matterhorn? If so, it may be deceiving as if memory serves, the Matterhorn was built 10 years after Disneyland was initially built in 1955. Reply Cheesy March 2, 2012 Erica: The artist Christo hid it under a white sheet. Sorry couldn’t resist. Reply Homer September 14, 2012 The Matterhorn wasn’t built until 1959, 4 years after the park opened. Reply Leave a Reply Cancel Reply Your email address will not be published.
