Amazing that there are scenes like this where modern influences cannot be found.
If you want to learn photography, you have to learn how the camera works. Each part of the camera has it’s own job. If you don’t know much about photography but you want to, this article gives a great explanation on it.

Man jogging on beach with dog!?? Kind of ruined the looking back in time effect.
All this time I’d thought that Chinese painters exaggerated the mist.

Ri-i-i-ight. Because at no time in the past did a person (probably a boy given the scale of the person to the dog) run along a beach with his pet dog. Nope, has to be contemporary.
