It took me a while to remember my Cyrillic, but they’re the following (in order):
    1. General Motors
    2. Studebaker-Packard
    3. American Motors
    4. Chrysler

Apparently all of the illustrations are taken from Life magazine. Also, I wonder Russian-language publication was. All of the accompanying text is very, very positive on both the capabilities of the cars and the American way of life, so it cannot be Soviet-produced. Was there some International car expo or trade show in the USSR in 1956?

Oops- one of the “American Motors” pages got bumped below a “Chrysler” page. Makes it all a tad confusing.

It is a first year of Khrushchev Thaw. Accompanying text can be positive.

There was an American industry exhibition held in Moscow in 1956. The Americans basically brought everything they could: cars, machines, soda booths, farm products, hamburger shops, etc. It was probably a shocker for the post-war, post-Stalinist population of Moscow. So all the booklets were printed in Russian by American companies. I’m sure, they had nevertheless to pass the Soviet censorship to be allowed to be given out. I had that very booklet before giving it away in the 1980s to a friend of mine.
