The red sign translates as:

Creepy.
I’m guessing this is actually in Pripyat, Ukraine, just up the road from Chernobyl.
No it’s somewhere near Moscow
I agree it’s in Ukraine. The sign about Lenin is in Russian, but the sign below the globe is in Ukrainian, and you’d not see that in a Russian school.
