  I’m pretty sure he’s taken old art deco posters and re-imagined them with superheroes. I’ve seen most of the original images, but I couldn’t tell you EXACTLY what they wre from. For example, that first Iron Man reminds me of a ship… maybe Titanic, maybe some other ship, I have no idea but I’ve seen it before.

  I believe the art style in question is bauhaus or futurist, not art deco. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_Gropius
