  I have the walnut disk holder! My old boss gave it to me years ago. I keep tea in it now.

  I still both a Macintosh note pad cube, similar to the one at bottom left of 2nd catalog page, and a t-shirt with the multicolor “Apple” across the front on page 18, but instead of black mine is red. It is still in very good condition.
