Well, Lady Gaga could still wear all of them.
Well, they were almost right in the ’60s and ’70s! lol
I love that they can’t imagine women’s fashion ever going above the knee!
Whoever dreamed this up was most surely a Nancy Boy with far too much sugar in his britches.
Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months.
– Oscar Wilde
So true. I look at some of the outfits I wore in the late 80′s early 90′s and they are no less hideous than this artist imagined.
It’s fascinating that artists’ could not imagine much past redecorating a clown outfit over the years.
I claim “Duran Duran” and checkmate.
Fine game, better luck next match.
Pretty wacky, but the 1908 one wouldn’t have looked out of place in 1968!
The 1908 guy is a pimp
it kinda looks like everyone was either a witch or a pimp haha
1978 wasn’t far off, lol. And the silhouette of the skirts in 1932 are really similar to the tiered skirts that came out about 10 years later.
The 70′s ones are very Beatles.
Well played.
1978 only applied to members of Slade…
